Arlene & Tony’s Wedding

If we have to describe this wedding with only one word, it would be fun.  Arlene was the most serene bride,  from getting ready to the end of the night, and she enjoyed every moment. She looked gorgeous and Tony matched her perfectly. Such great people, and they truly were a happy couple.  They chose Black and white with pink accents for the elegant decor. All coordination and catering was by Fetes & Events, and the lively party by DJ Connection. We wish you the best and know we’ll see you soon. Congratulations!

Vanessa & Alex’s wedding day.

Since the time we met Vanessa & Alex we felt this couple was a sort of different kind. Both down to earth, smart and good looking and above all adorable people.  You just want to keep talking to them. They had an green theme for their beautiful wedding. Mot important of all they had lots of fun and love in their eyes -to me that’s all it is about. Best wishes for a long life together!

Sindy & Rey’s Wedding Day

“She dresses to kill” said the best man - so right. The dress was fabulous and she looked fantastic. He looked so awesome it was deserving of a bite. Sorry, I get carried away when I like my couples and these two are adorable, by themselves and together.

The Ceremony at Plymouth Congregational in Coconut Grove was beautifully highlighted by Sindy’s nervous laugh attack. She’s so cute! For all the dresses and decorations they picked silver and black accented with green and the result was great. I must add my opinion is not related to the fact that green is my favorite color.  The Loft was beautifully decorated with white flowers with a touch of green. Silver and black damask linens and warm lights made for a very nice ambience. Maggie from Fetes & Events was in charge and every detail was perfect. The party was vibrant and lively thanks to The DJ Connection. The beautiful and delicious cake was made by Divine Delicacies. Everyone had a great time. We hope you two have a most wonderful time in Italy, plus we wish you love and happiness to last forever.

Dana & Jeff in South Beach

Dana and Jeff had a Monday wedding - yes, the first Monday of the year. It was glorious! The best weather we’ve had in a few days. Blue skies and sunshine, and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden was the perfect location for a midday wedding. What else can  you ask when you brought all your family over to your wedding in South Florida?  Everyone enjoyed the warming sun and the surroundings during the outdoors ceremony. The decor was all about orchids which are their favorite flowers. Dana has a fresh beauty - very natural, she looked like a doll in her gown. Jeff is adorable and the event surely was a success. All catering and decor was by Maggie from Fetes & Events

After the reception we went to the Beach. Really? Where else in South Beach? LOL. It was lovely! You’ll see the photos, and then to The Mondrian were we took over the place with our couple! I loved shooting there, so many options and ultra modern - my kind of place. We never get tired of weddings in South Beach, you can always count with the natural and designed beauty of the place.

I hope Chile was great!

Marcina & Joshua’s Wedding at Vizcaya

How wonderful is to get to know amazing people?  When we have a great couple to document the events of the day is not just work it’s like sharing their happiness in every moment. Since we got to the Ritz Carlton in South Beach we felt welcomed and the fun started right away with the Heather the henna artist along with Karla working on the makeovers.  The wrapping of the saris was an adventure in itself.

It was the first time I  met Josh, but it felt like forever -we’ve heard some much about him from Marcina. She says she’s lucky, I think both are because both have that je ne sais quoi that makes some people extra special. They’ve known each other for quite some time - since high school and through college and beyond, never out of touch, always friends, always there for each other.  I hope they always keep laughing together and loving each other the way they do today.

Marcina was a beautiful bride, glowing both in her traditional western bridal gown and in her Indian wedding sari. Josh too - Did I say something about a handsome guy wearing a uniform?  ;)

Anyway it was a marvelous sunset at the scenic Vizcaya. Fetes & Events coordinated and catered the event, and Mystique Flowers did an amazing job with the freshest most colorful flowers. Not to mention the delicious cake and other delicious treats.
